Business Analyst

Responsibilities will vary but may include: 

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs, including their goals, processes, and challenges, to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to innovative solutions. 
• Create and present clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and strategies to clients and internal teams. 
• Assist in the implementation, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and colleagues. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our consulting services. 

• Relevant tertiary qualification and IIBA certification is desirable. 
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services or consulting environment. 
• Have business process modelling and business case writing experience 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and interpret large datasets. 
• Proficient in tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. 
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. 
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Possess a selfless, creative, and courageous mindset, embracing challenges with resilience and adaptability. 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
